New FBO corporate aviation business in Jerome is hiring for a front office/customer service representative. This position is responsible for providing a high level of service to our customers, in addition to proving support to other team members. The position is full time, M-F and weekends as needed during busy times. Salary based on experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Answer phones promptly in a friendly and courteous manner

Greet and assist customers in a professional manner with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality, from arrival to departure

Provide prompt, professional and courteous service to customers in a personalized and refined manner

Ensure all requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner and adapt for any changes

Answer and address questions, comments, suggestions and concerns

Operate the guest areas, lobby and front desk in an organized and efficient manner

Maintain guest areas to ensure amenities remain stocked

Provide quotes and itineraries to existing and potential customers

Concierge Services (catering, car rental, limo/taxi reservations, motel reservations, etc.)

Coordinate services such as fuel purchases, hangar space, ramp parking and other needed services

Invoicing and payment processing

Inventory of parts and fuel

Website and social media

Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 2 years front office and customer service experience

Must have excellent customer service skills

Must have computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel and data entry

Must be able to work as part of a team and independently, in a sometimes fast paced environment

Must be highly motivated and organized

Must be detail oriented

Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbal and written

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing after hire

Must be able to read, write and speak English
