We are Clearwater Construction LLC in Twin Falls, ID. We are growing and seeking a highly skilled construction lead with experience, great work ethic and enthusiasm to join our team. We focus on kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, renovations, handyman services and build mid to high end custom cabinetry.
We are seeking out qualified construction professionals in the remodeling and construction industry to run construction projects efficiently to serve our customers. We need someone that wants a career in the construction industry! We have tons of work and a great company!
To qualify for this job you MUST:
-Have 5+ years verifiable carpentry/remodel experience
-Be able to pass a criminal background check (No Felonies)
-Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random UA's
-Have own reliable transportation
-show up to work on time and be able to work a full 8-12 hour shift
-Have the ability to work well with others in a small team environment
-Have the ability to work under time constraints effectively
-Be detail oriented and able to produce exceptional work
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Have an outstanding work ethic and a great attitude
-Must be flexible in terms of company policies as we are growing, they are changing to benefit everyone. The clients and the employees
-Must be able to at all times practice shop safety. Safety is our number one priority!

-Aid in the construction and completion of Custom Homes
-Build additions
-Bath and/or Kitchen Remodels
-Full Remodels
-Installation of cabinets and millwork
-Drywall Installation and Repair
-Drywall finishing
-Painting
-General Carpentry
-Trim Carpentry
-Tile installation
-Light plumbing
-Light electrical
-Flooring
-Siding
-Framing
Physical Requirements and Environment:
Must be able to lift up to and at times above 50 pounds and work with varying weights of wood, tile, sheet material, building materials, etc. Must be able to twist, bend, reach and squat. Need manual dexterity and visual acuity. Working in a shop and/or job-site environment and will be exposed to noise and dust. Must follow company safety rules and wear safety attire and work clothes at all times. Must attend monthly safety meetings.
