Demonstrates outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “Red Carpet Service” program guidelines.
Assists in development and maintenance of current and future marketing programs.
Manages all aspects of property social media.
Assists in creation of social media giveaways, and executes giveaways on Facebook and Twitter.
Interacts and assists in development of advertising materials.
Assists in development and implementation of special events.
Assists with promotional events.
Performs administrative duties for the Marketing department.
Responsible for weekly email cleanup in the source system.
Maintains internal marketing materials such as brochures, lightfaces, signs, posters, and marquees.
Attends departmental and company meetings.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience related to nature of position.
Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and/or oral instructions.
Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests.
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations using fractions, percentages, measurements, proportions, and problem-solving.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
