I am a small business owner. The business is being sued in a wage claim. Three other defendants including myself, another individual, and another company are named. We need limited scope representation for both the lead co-defendant, and separately for the three other named co-defendants, two individuals and another company.
The immediate limited scope task is to file an appearance and file a response to motion for summary judgement filed by the plaintiff. We have draft responses.
The case is being heard in Chicago, Cook county but it is all remote. Hearings are by Zoom. No need to attend in-person.
