- Proficient in on-line Quickbooks (minimum 2 years experience required)
- Organize Payables
- Follow-up with Receivables
- Handle Workers Comp audits
- Prepare Quarterlies for accountant
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Excel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
