Restaurant Directors work to implement the business mission and strategy alongside the Owner/Operator by developing and coaching restaurant leaders, crafting and implementing strategies for operational execution, and driving the team toward success and business results.

Operations Director Responsibilities:
Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant (30+ hrs per week in restaurant Operational positions)
Plan Operational Improvement goals, initiatives, and focuses in conjunction with the restaurant Operator
Lead & Develop Leaders within the restaurant
Participate in interviewing & hiring
Ensure success in operational responsibilities including, but not limited to, scheduling, inventory management, cash management, operational checklists, etc.
Track and Report on key business esults
