Residential Project Manager

A high-end residential project manager is needed. Paperwork – bidding, change orders, draws part of the job. Site visits/supervision - assess priorities, schedule trades, meet project requirements, and follow up with a sense of urgency for project deadlines. Be prepared to hustle while achieving high-quality work. Bilingual is helpful but not necessary. Computer skills will be needed. Must be able to pass a background check. Do not apply without construction management experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management/Building Science and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
