Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with customers about their vehicle issues, whether they relate to mechanical concerns, bodywork, or detailing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth booking process and handling customer inquiries through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Assist customers with the booking process for services, ensuring a seamless experience.

Manage customer inquiries via Yelp and email, responding promptly and professionally.

Build and provide quotes and estimates for services based on customer needs.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to understand and discuss basic automotive concepts related to mechanical issues, bodywork, and detailing.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using computer systems for booking and customer management.
