Are you friendly, organized, and love helping people? My Mail Center in Downtown Chicago is looking for a reliable and energetic Mail Center Associate to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers with shipping, packing, mailbox services, and printing needs
Handle UPS, FedEx, USPS shipments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer
We’re Looking For:
Friendly and dependable with great communication skills
Basic computer and cash register knowledge
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Previous retail, shipping, or office experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train!)
Schedule & Pay:
Full time available
$16.50
Monday-Friday
