- Overall 10+ years of experience including Data Migration lead role of SAP data from one SAP version to another.
- Experience leading large scale complex global migrations, big pharma company experience will be a plus.
- Experience in complex migration programs with multiple tactical and strategic project streams.
- Experience with migrating Master, Reference, and Transactional data from multiple functional areas including HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Commercial, etc.
- Experience with Vendors, Customers, Inventory, Materials, BOMs & Recipes etc. datasets.
- Strong background in data architecture, data quality, and Informatica ETL, with ability to lead and manage a team of SAP Functional, data architects, and data quality engineers.
- Ability to jump into ongoing projects and identify ways to assess and improve on data migration activities. Ability to perform root cause analysis to improve migration activities.
- Strong Domain knowledge in SAP would be an added plus.
- Ability to focus and deliver on projects with high quality and tight deadlines.
- Excellent Communication and Project Management skills.
