We help our clients define future state visions, develop strategic roadmaps, establish governance infrastructure, operationalize processes, measure and monitor performance, innovate through technology, and deliver quality program outcomes in an expedited, cost effective and compliant manner. Together we create more resilient communities and responsive ecosystems through incident action planning, grant risk assessments, improving grant processes and operations, future and contingency planning, and data analytics.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree required

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience supporting emergency preparedness, public assistance or federal disaster recovery programs

8+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: emergency management, crisis management, risk management, continuity of operations, business continuity, resilience, geospatial analytics, grants management

8+ years of experience advising executive-level management on risk management strategies that identify and exploit opportunities, minimize exposure to threat, minimize losses during crises, and ensure continuity of operations following a disaster

8+ years of experience with crisis Preparedness

8+ years of experience advising federal, state, or local government stakeholders on strategies to prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises
