This individual is responsible for the incorporation of clinical processes into workflows that enhance the patient placement experience across the continuum of care resulting in optimal patient throughput while maximizing the efficient and appropriate use of both human and RUSH system resources. Facilitates a collegial, patient-centered environment that is supportive of continuous quality improvement. Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred
Progressive clinical nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Experience with clinical documentation or other clinical applications preferred.

Demonstrates the ability to work in complex clinical or administrative systems or programs.
Communication skills are required to lead, teach and persuade others.

Abilities :
Work requires the ability to navigate throughout RUSH University Medical Center with occasional need to commute to RUSH Oak Park Hospital and RUSH Copley
