- Customer Care and Satisfaction
- As an Analyst, NA Marketing candidate will work with internal teams, Client alliance partners, and agencies to deliver event programs that drive results against strategic objectives, timelines and return-on-investment projections.
- Candidate will support complex problems within NA Marketing.
- Working with industry leads, candidate will help create event documentation, communication with clients, and evaluation of program success for NA Events.
- Also work with Brand to implement best practices and programs specific to events to ensure consistent compliance.
- Creative insight into prospects or client marketing
- Strong ability to interact with all levels of client and prospective client organizations.
- Marketing, writing, promotional and/or event planning skills required
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic understanding of technology associated with event sites, Ariba and Workfront.
- Microsoft Ecosystem knowledge, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
- Adobe Workfront Work Management Software (P3 - Advanced)
