Help Desk Analyst II

Description We are on the hunt for a Help Desk Analyst II to become a part of our team in the construction/contractor industry, based in CHICAGO, Illinois. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, focusing on Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance related to Android Development, ensuring smooth operation across devices. Handle troubleshooting of Cisco Technologies, maintaining network health and stability. Manage Citrix Technologies, making sure that virtualization and networking solutions work seamlessly. Oversee the integrity and organization of databases, ensuring accurate and timely data retrieval. Handle EO/IR systems, ensuring they function effectively for optimal data collection. Maintain and manage Active Directory, ensuring user and group policies are correctly implemented. Provide support for Apple Devices, addressing any software or hardware issues promptly. Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware issues, minimizing downtime. Manage Configuration Management, ensuring system settings are correctly configured for optimal performance. Oversee Deployments, ensuring software and hardware deployments are executed smoothly and efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development. Prior experience with Cisco Technologies. Knowledge of Database Management. Experience with Active Directory. Ability to work with Apple Devices. Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Hardware. Experience with Configuration Management.
