National Field Manager - Dyson BeautyLocationIL - CHICAGOPosition Summary:The ActionLink National Field Manager is responsible for the execution of all program strategies for the assigned program.National Field Manager is responsible for all the field execution roles associated with the Dyson Beauty program, including field representatives, district field leadership, and project management team members. Also responsible to ensure all field representatives are thoroughly trained in all aspects of their specific program initiatives.The National Field Manager collaborates with cross-functional partners, including Client Services, IT, Accounting and HR, as well as, other program leadership, to ensure a standard of excellence in all field execution duties.Also responsible for analyzing business results across the program, developing best practices and implementing process improvements.This person is responsible for delivering Key Performance Indicators within the program.The National Field Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of representatives in the core values of ActionLink:Passion – Respect – Humility – Collaboration – Excellence.What you will do:

Responsible for the execution of all ActionLink project strategies that are client/retail facing

Successfully prepare and execute client meetings, including top-to-top, QBR’s, etc.

Work with Sales and Data Analysts to create client reporting, analyze data gathered and summarize outcome for client(s)

Coordinate, communicate and partner with internal operations and field management in order to provide successful results to client(s)

Work closely with the Training Team and Area Management teams to ensure that all field representatives are fully trained at all times

Manage coverage plans and budgets with the VP of Operations as needed

Submit and maintain budget accuracy

Problem solve with teams to ensure all needs of the client and field representatives are met

Store visits with or without client is required to plan for program needs

Adhere to the guidelines of the ActionLink Travel and Expense Policies

$85,000-$90,000 salary range

Position Qualifications:

Background in the Fashion or Beauty industry is required

Cosmetology license is a plus

Prior Third-Party Labor experience preferred

Experience leading a field management team required

Experience working in retail stores in a multi-unit capacity preferred

Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels, including executive

Demonstrated strength in teaching/coaching

Ability to performance manage a team

Strong ability to positively influence others

Expert presentation skills to clients and top-to-top meetings

Proven time management and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PDF files, JPEG, PowerPoint)

Complete understanding of margins, retail sales incentives, etc.

Expertise with data analysis, sales tracking, compliance reporting

Physical Requirements :

Ability to travel as needed by vehicle and/or plane.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to rent a car under ActionLink’s corporate insurance standards.

Mobile and able to sit and/or stand for eight (8) hours.

Must have the ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and other standard office equipment.

Must be able to occasionally lift 25 lbs.
