- Design and maintain the global network infrastructure which supports low-latency trading applications.
- Create and troubleshoot the wireless and wired high-performance network.
- Diagnose and solve complex network issues (i.e., queuing, micro-bursting, jitter, etc.).
- Own and lead network projects including requirements gathering, design review, network implementation, deployment, and documentation.
- Support network security infrastructure.
- 5+ years' working experience in the design and engineering of global high-performance networks.
- Background with low-latency and multicast networks.
- Demonstrable experience with Cisco, Arista, and/or Juniper hardware and network devices.
- Knowledge of network operations tools such as configuration management and network monitoring.
- Understanding of optical taps, packet capture infrastructure, network fabrics, or matrix switches.
- Ability to script in Python.
