IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWork with Client's business and IT teams to understand business requirements
Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for incidents
Investigate and resolve defects and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
Manage SFDC maintenance release activities (thrice per year) involving SFDC release Impact Assessment to TWD system.
Support the creation and execution of Validation / Operational Qualification (OQ) scripts.
Conduct demo/playback sessions with client's business and IT teams
Perform Sandbox refresh post major releases and post refresh data masking activities
Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseHands-on experience supporting TrackWise Digital - Quality Management System in the Life Sciences industry
Extensive experience in TrackWise Digital Platform and Complaints modules administration and maintenance
TrackWise Digital Certified Admin (Platform and Complaints Management) and Salesforce Certified Admin
Experience supporting TrackWise Digital integration with other enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, Data Warehouse, etc.)
Experience with developing Functional/Configuration specifications and validation (IQ/OQ) test scripts for implementing TrackWise Digital application functionality
Experience in data migration from legacy systems to TrackWise Digital

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
