The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, monitoring application performance, and facilitating smooth interactions between IT and the Derivatives business.Role and responsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve application issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.Follow escalation, incident, and problem management protocols.Work with internal teams to improve processes and boost application reliability.Manage the full lifecycle of specific projects when assigned.Share knowledge with the team to maintain 24/6 global follow-the-sun support.Liaise with other branches to strengthen teamwork and service quality.Provide out-of-hours or weekend support when required, sometimes on short notice.Create and maintain detailed incident/problem tickets, including all resolution steps.#LI-ASD
