The Cybersecurity Endpoint Protection team is responsible for securing McDonald’s network endpoints globally against cybersecurity threats. This includes desktops, laptops, servers, virtual machines, cloud instances, mobile devices, IoT, POS devices and more.We are seeking determined and ambitious cybersecurity professionals to join our team and enhance our security culture. Our goal is to balance security, usability, and productivity without compromising the quality and effectiveness of our endpoint protection solutions. We need tenacious individuals who can bring clarity to ambiguous situations by synthesizing information from multiple sources and developing actionable plans that yield quantifiable results.  This Senior Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced technologist to make a significant impact on McDonald's unique security posture on a global scale.ResponsibilitiesLead the continuous enhancement and operation of existing endpoint protection services and develop future services to meet the evolving demands of securing our brand.Ensure that endpoint protection services maintain a balance of strong defense, high availability for business operations, and usability.Collaborate with peers on the Endpoint Protection team and throughout GCS, Global Technology, Markets, and Vendors to identify and manage cybersecurity risks.Review, develop and update technical documentation to support the service consumption model, including cross-functional work across the McDonald’s organization.Ensure endpoint protection and related security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines are followed and updated as needed.Develop, implement, and maintain appropriate policies, SOPs, training, and guidelines for managing services.Monitor the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to provide timely recommendations for improvement.Analyze complex issues, document their impact on the business, resolve their root causes, and identify corrective actions to prevent similar future events.Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860 - $143,900/ per year
