Work as part of Global PMO team responsible for Network Infrastructure (Fiber) construction projects. Work with global stakeholders for strategic portfolio level planning and reporting activities Coordinate with project teamson tactical project specific project controls needs Assist with annual planning activities Oversee and facilitate as required for project set-up, budget allocation, schedule templates etc Produce and present project controls reports to senior management, outlining progress, risks, and key issues. Monitor and track project performance against key metrics such as schedule adherence, cost performance, and quality standards. Produce regular performance reports for project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas of concern. Work closely with the project team, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure alignment with project objectives. Facilitate project meetings and provide necessary project controls information to assist in decision-making. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, construction, engineering) to ensure integration of all aspects of the project controls function. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies during project execution. Support project team in maintaining quality control standards for construction and commissioning activities. Ensure the timely review of contractor progress reports and documentation, verifying that all required approvals and certifications are in place. Understand the specific requirements of data center construction, including csa, electrical and mechanical components. Implement controls that address the unique needs and challenges of building complex, mission-critical data center facilities.
