Minimum qualifications:

MBA degree or equivalent practical experience

10 years of experience developing business strategies (e.g., management consulting, go-to-market operations, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory

7 years of experience working with decision-makers who lead organizations and are directly impacting the broader companies direction, and resources

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in the Partner Ecosystem including Global System Integrators, Solution System Integrators, Resellers and Independent Software Vendors strategy and execution

Experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS markets, business to business software ecosystem and lifecycle, and cloud-based technologies

Experience presenting go-to-market strategies, results and analysis, and creating comprehensive and visually appealing presentations and documents

Experience with product/technology around Generative AI, cloud infrastructure, productivity, or security

Ability to form working relationships across technical and business functions in multiple companies

Excellent problem solving, project management, and analytics skills

In this role, you will work directly with Cloud leaders and stakeholders to help define, implement, and operationalize strategy for Google Cloud’s Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization. In this role, you will be a core member of the global strategy and operations team, owning strategic topics that span multiple geographies and setting up Partner Ecosystem and Channels to keep delivering impact. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Drive and own cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience, business impact, and develop strategy recommendations/business insights for senior leadership.

Develop Partner Go-to-Market strategies based on product value propositions, positioning, and customer needs.

Support internal business operations (e.g., OKRs, headcount planning, communications, and chief of staff).

Support the strategic and annual business planning process with business unit leaders, analyze performance trends, and support executive business review processes.

Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Systems, and Communications teams to integrate key processes.
