Role Type: W2 ContractorStatus: U.S. Citizen, Green Card HolderNote: We are unable to partner on a corp-to-corp (C2C) basisTerm: Till end of yearStart Date: ImmediateHourly Rate: $30/hrTravel requirements: Some travel involvedWhat You’ll Do The Training & Development Consultant is an integral part of our Training team here at Burwood Group, tasked with developing and delivering dynamic and informative training for our clients.   As a contract to hire member of the Training & Development practice, you’ll be responsible for:  Conducting assessments to determine training needs. Strategic design of comprehensive training solutions to meet client’s needs. Aligning technologies and processes/workflows. Designing and developing training content for Burwood’s clients. Delivering training, in-person and online Providing supervision and guidance on training project implementation to the Training Lead, SME, or Program Manager.
