Pay & Schedule:
Training (4–6 weeks): Chicago minimum wage
After training: Start at $17/hr with growth to $18/hr in year one
22–28 hours/week to start — full-time options available
Weekends + holidays are part of the deal (we care for pets 365)
Shifts are typically:
4-hour weekend blocks
6–8-hour weekday shifts
Your Daily Mission:
Keep dogs safe, happy, and properly socialized
Clean and sanitize — constantly
Feed & monitor individual needs
Support training and behavior programs
Communicate updates with clients & the team
