Experienced Chef needed for Evanston Museum for private events.
Candidate must have a strong / long history and be experienced as a chef - both cooking & running all kitchen & staff needs. This includes:
- menu development
- ordering supplies
- hiring staff
- being a team player
- having a hands-on approach
- supervising independently all the operations of the kitchen, and its cook staff.
A minimum of 5 years experience is preferred.
The position reports to our Food & Beverage Director.
