We are currently hiring at our U of C location. Looking for Baristas for both full time and part time positions. Our motto is fresh, homemade, local &better. We make all of our breakfast and lunch menu items, in-house and we source the best local pastry we can find. We are open all week 7am to 5pm. We have been recognized as one of Chicago's best coffee shops and our expectations are high as are our standards. We have a system in place that gives our employees the freedom(that most places don't offer) to do their job without being micro-managed; we expect employees to be able to handle working/tasking without constantly being told what to do.
Available Positions:
Barista: FULL OR PART TIME - Must have Barista experience. Looking for outgoing baristas that take pride in producing a great product. Should be able to work well in a team atmosphere and have great communication skills. Customer service is very important to us so you must be willing to provide top notch service. Must be able to work one weekend day at least and be able to open or close the shop.
