Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations
Lead, train, and motivate staff
Ensure top-tier guest experiences
Manage inventory and compliance
Closing the restaurant 5 nights a week (closes at 4am)
Requirements:
Proven managerial experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night environment
