Chicago’s Home of Chicken & Waffles, located at 543 Madison Street in Oak Park, is looking for a Lead Line Cook. This is a unique opportunity to become a part of a team that is working to expand across the U.S. With 2 locations in the Chicagoland area, and a new location in Nashville, we are looking for team members who want to grow with us.
The ideal candidates will be passionate, organized, hard working and self motivated. They must possess a strong desire to learn and grow as a professional, while also having great communication skills.
Key Qualifications Include:
-Minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a leadership role in a professional kitchen
-Must be quick with reading tickets and plating food
-Strong knife skills
-Working knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards
-Great work ethic
-Must possess the ability to work well in a fast paced kitchen
-Open availability a must
$23 to $26 per hr, based strictly upon experience and previous verifiable work history.
