We are a family-owned restaurant and looking to add a new member to our team. Must people willing and able to work at our Lincolnshire, IL location Lake county. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday.
Position duties and responsibilities
Assist the General Manager as directed
Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and other operational functions
Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
keep the restaurant clean
take order
delivery the food to the customer
Answer phones and fill orders
Position skills and qualifications
Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Strong leadership abilities and initiative
Great interpersonal skills and customer service
Quick decision-making and problem
Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
Able to manage and motivate others
Monday to Thursday 3:30 pm to close( 8:00 pm )
Friday and Saturday 3:30 pm to close (9:30 pm )
