Summary:
(Experience in one of the following is required)
Mowing and landscaping
Branch chipping
Basic maintenance of vehicles
Building maintenance
Perform related duties and manual labor as assigned
Snow removal as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
Possession of a valid drivers license
Ability to maintain working relationships with co-workers
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Compensation:
The starting rate for the position is $13.00.
