Seeking a hard-working, reliable janitor for an apartment community near 35th and Cottage Grove.
The property has over 450 apartments of affordable, multifamily housing. Seeking to add a 5th janitor to our site staff - AVAILABILITY FOR SOME WEEKEND SHIFTS IS REQUIRED.
Ideal candidate should have 1+ years experience with general maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping. Typical duties focused on cleaning common areas and grounds, turning over apartments after move-outs, and anything else necessary to help repair and maintain the building.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. After probationary period, candidate would get full medical benefits (BCBS). MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SOME WEEKEND SHIFTS and some ON-CALL MAINTENANCE.
