We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Landscaping Enhancement Crew Leader. This is a full-time position, with a starting salary of $18.00-$22.00 per hour (depending on experience).Responsibilities:Lead the landscaping enhancement crew in a variety of landscaping tasks, such as planting trees and shrubs, installing sod, and building retaining walls.Operate landscaping equipment and tools, such as shovels, wheelbarrows, and power saws.Assign tasks to crew members and provide guidance and support as needed.Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed, including wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).Communicate effectively with the crew and the supervisor to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Provide training and mentorship to crew members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.Requirements:At least 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Reliable and responsible, with good time management and leadership skills.A driver's license is a plus, but not required.If you have a passion for landscaping and have experience in leading a team, this is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.
