Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grounds keeping: mowing, trimming, snow removal, etc.
- Minor maintenance tasks: painting, repairs, basic plumbing, etc.
- Operate forklift when needed
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs without restrictions
- Drive company vehicle for errands and site visits
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs without restriction
- Forklift experience preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
