We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team of professionals. Service Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance operations of the property and for exceeding GoldOllers Gold Standard of Service as it relates to resident and customer satisfaction. Above all else, the spirit of teamwork and cooperation with other team members will not only improve the job you do, but enhance the entire work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds.

Physically walk and inspect property on a regular basis, including vacant units. Conduct property inspections, including move in, housekeeping, and grounds in order to assure adherence to established standards.

Ensure service requests are responded to within 24 hours and communicate with the resident when the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner.

Maintenance of the grounds, trash container areas, and common-areas.

Be available for emergency calls and respond to those according to GoldOllers policy on after-hour emergency calls.

Regular maintenance of the building exteriors, building interiors and common areas.

Skill Requirements

Knowledge of property management policies and procedures as it relates to maintenance operations.

Knowledge of RealPage products preferred, including OneSite and Ops Technology.

Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Have a complete understanding of Fair Housing and knowledge of other laws that apply to property management, such as Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Landlord Tenant Law, OSHA Standards, local and state building codes.

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Position Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of three years of maintenance experience in residential property management or combination of education and experience.

Experience: Mid-rise apartment building- preferred

HVAC certification- desired
