Job Description:

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives, increasing brand visibility, and expanding our market share. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and representing our company at trade shows and industry events. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and B2B marketing expertise will be key assets in achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative marketing content, including blog posts, videos, brochures, and presentations.

Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including email marketing, Social Media, SEO, and targeted outreach.

Trade Shows and Events: Manage our presence at trade shows and industry events, including booth design and networking to maximize exposure and lead generation.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Graphic Design, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is required.

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

Ability to provide support, coaching and guidance to members of the Advertising and Marketing team by undertaking a mentoring role, coordinating tasks and/or checking on completion and quality of work.

Strong attention to detail and some evaluative judgment based on best practice and previous experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Experience with trade shows and event management.
