We are currently looking for experienced CNC Swiss Set Up person to join our workforce on dayshift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.
Swiss CNC Machinist must be able to setup and operate Swiss machines. Will also be responsible for setting up new and existing parts on CNC Swiss machines, completing your own inspections, identifying abnormal product/material and troubleshooting.
Re-sharpening & tool Grinding knowledge is a plus.
Candidate must be motivated, independent and a punctual self starter with good work ethic.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Swiss machining experience,(ideally with Star SA-16, SR20R, SR32J, SV20)
Experience setting up Swiss machines. Must be proficient in utilizing inspection equipment such as
Comparators, Micrometers, caliper, drop indicators, gages etc.
Basic math skills and blue print reading required.
Should be proficient with G & M codes and ideally with Fanuc controls / programming.
