WE ARE SEEKING A DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST FOR A SHORT-TERM PROJECT – DEC 2ND – DEC 13TH, 2024. You’re needed to ensure the accurate input, management, and maintenance of company data. You will help maintain data integrity and support various departments by entering and verifying information efficiently. Hourly rate $23.00-$25.00/hour, based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems.
Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data.
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure data consistency.
Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of proven data entry experience or similar role.
Min of 6000 keystrokes per hour (KPH)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and time management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Minimum High School diploma required
