What We’re Looking For

Hunt Club is looking for an Office Coordinator who can help us maintain a positive, clean, and organized office environment. This is a part-time role, which is expected to require two to three days (10-20 hours) of work per week. Workdays would generally be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with some exceptions. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in office administration, great organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor. This person will be responsible for a range of office administration tasks, including daily office upkeep, inventory and supply ordering, coordinating between vendors and building management, and ordering and setting up catered lunch twice per month.

What You’ll Do

Maintain office cleanliness and proactively organize and continuously improve our space

Order and maintain inventory of office and other miscellaneous supplies, snacks, coffee and drinks

Submit building work orders and add visitors to the building security log

Coordinate with outside vendors as needed, ensuring compliance with building management

Collect and distribute mail and packages

Order catered lunch twice per month, and oversee setup and cleanup

Oversee planning, ordering and setup of monthly happy hours and other office events

Efficiently handle administrative tasks and requests from HR, Finance and Leadership, as needed

Who You Are

1-2 years of administrative experience

Excited by organization, process and efficiency

Excellent communicator, self-starter and multi-tasker

Outgoing, friendly and energetic
