Job Qualifications
-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone, email and in person
-Familiarity with Yardi (property management software) is a plus but not required
Job Responsibilities
-Market, show and lease units to prospective renters
-Answer emails and phone calls
-Conduct inspections of property
-Work with maintenance to ensure building is running efficiently
-Post notices and coordinate work orders
-Oversee vender service contracts
-Coordinate all new tenant move-ins and assure proper completion and tenant occupancy goals are met
-Act as a liaison between tenants and management company
-Assist in monthly rent collection
-Track property budget
-Annual review of recurring charges and billings
-Monthly review of rent roll
Must have a car, be able to multitask, and be available after hours or on weekends when emergencies arise.
Work would be Monday through Friday starting at 9 or 10 and working until 2 to 3 and possible a few more hours for showings. Up to 3 hours per work at home answering the phone. The beginning of the month requires more hours
