I’m seeking a motivated Real Estate and Investment Assistant with at least one year of experience to join my team. This is an exciting opportunity to assist with a wide range of real estate and investment projects across the city. The work is remote aside from occasional site visits. Job will start as part-time with the possibility of expansion to full time.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle administrative tasks related to buying, selling, and managing properties and remodeling projects.
-Assist with property documentation, title work, and contracts.
-Coordinate with city departments, manage permits, inspections, and ensure compliance with city regulations.
-Liaise with contractors, vendors, and clients.
-Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and site visits.
-Maintain and organize real estate listings, property databases, and related records.
-Coordinate property showings, inspections, and open houses.
-Assist with marketing activities, including social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
Required:
-At least 1 year of experience in real estate, property management, or related fields.
-Strong understanding of the administrative work involved in real estate transactions, including city of Chicago processes.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
-Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to work effectively with contractors.
-Familiarity with real estate investment strategies and property renovations.
