Remote opportunity; candidates must be local to the Chicago area. Our industry-leading client is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support a production Cherwell CSM environment.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Requirements of the Systems Administrator: - At least 2 years of experience supporting Cherwell CSM
- Proficiency in administering Cherwell CSM 9.7.1
- Experience supporting MS Server 2012, 2016, and/or 2019
- Skilled in managing MS Windows servers
- Ability to understand business processes and translate into Cherwell configuration
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Understanding of MS Active Directory a plus
- Understanding of MS SCCM a plus
