HVAC Comfort Advisor

Memaso is in search of an HVAC Comfort Advisor to add to our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled appointments at customers’ homes to identify opportunities, utilizing the company-provided tools and systems to propose solutions and close sales.

Generate self-created leads through innovative and traditional sales methods.

Partner with field technicians during sales calls to uncover opportunities to improve a customer’s HVAC system for their home’s energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Manage all opportunities via CRM, ensuring thorough follow-up and tracking.

Utilize an iPad for creating proposals, facilitating financing and/or subscriptions, and managing the sales pipeline.

Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through follow-up on site visits and quality assurance measures.

Your Experience & Skills:

5+ years of in-home sales experience with a proven track record of sales performance.

Intermediate-level understanding of HVAC is ideal but not required; willingness to learn and grow in the field is essential.

Ability to conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations.

Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.

Excellent organizational and sales pipeline management skills.

Strong understanding of the psychology of sales and effective closing techniques.

Comfortable working and selling over the phone, email, and in-person.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Availability to work evenings and Saturdays for appointments.

Compensation:

This role is commission-only, offering an 7% commission on all sales (uncapped).

On-target earnings range from $80,000 to $200,000, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
