Location: Chicago, IL Description: Our client is currently seeking a Full Stack Java Developer
Must be and must work on Judges W2This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages Java, SQL, Junit/Spock, Cucumber, etc. Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices Keen understanding of financial control and budget management Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals Passionate about building an innovative culture 10+ years' experience working as a hands-on Java Software Engineering Lead Lead Agile feature teams implementing user stories Working closely with analysts, testers and key business partners for effective delivery and testing Providing guidance to feature teams while breaking down complex stories into well understood and achievable tasks Design, develop, code, test, debug and document applications to satisfy requirements Produce high quality code utilizing Test Driven Development techniques Keen understanding of financial control and budget management Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals Ability to lead a global team and interact with business users and senior management Proficiency in JAVA/ J2EE, frameworks, database tools Ability to manage to a budget and understand Resource and capacity management and planning.
