This is a remote position. You must be able to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift as well as weekends.
We are trying to provide 24x7 coverage for our client. We have Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm covered but are looking to add a few individuals to the team that can cover overnights and weekends.
Volume of tickets are pretty low, so it won't be super busy on your shift, but you are still expected to be online and near a computer to help when the calls and tickets do come in.
This would be good for someone with helpdesk experience that wanted to make some extra money or a student perhaps trying to break into the IT industry.
This would be 40 hours per week + full time but the Scheule would be overnights and weekends.
Pay range is anywhere from $12-$15/hour. Most of the calls are related to password resets.
