Looking for an overall handyman that’s responsible, knowledgeable, and is able to take the lead and work independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the building is in good condition and everything is working properly.
- Maintaining equipment and vehicles such as checking fluids, oil levels, etc. and taking them in/ calling for service.
- Overall handyman with knowledge in many areas such as plumbing, electrical, painting, remodeling, etc. is preferred. Doesn't have to be an expert, but enough knowledge to repair or troubleshoot issues to call for service repairs.
- This person will be responsible for annual inspections of vehicles and building.
- Occasionally drive a truck short distances for company related tasks, so a driver’s license is required.
- Part-time Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30am - 4pm(7am - 3:30pm during the winter)
Can be full-time for someone who is experienced
