Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Construction Helper with extensive knowledge in drywall and basic carpentry skills to join our crew. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is reliable, motivated, and eager to grow in the construction trade.
Responsibilities:
Assist with job site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
Perform drywall tasks: hang, tape and paint
Support carpenters with basic framing, measuring, cutting, and assembling
Operate power tools and equipment safely
Follow direction from lead carpenter or site supervisor
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 - 5 years of drywall painting experience
Familiarity with basic carpentry tools and tasks
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit
Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Bilingual a plus, but not required
