At In House, we're revolutionizing the way home maintenance and construction is being done. We're a dynamic start-up seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team! As a Construction Superintendent at In House, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing multiple jobs and crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities:

Lead by example, embodying In House's values of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction

Manage multiple jobs and crews across various locations, ensuring timely completion and exceptional results

Collaborate with our design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution

Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and improve overall performance

Develop and implement a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for construction projects and maintenance visits to ensure consistency, quality, and safety across all operations

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders through excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Conduct site visits, climb ladders, and navigate stairs as required, ensuring a hands-on approach to project management

Travel to multiple locations, with a valid driver's license, to oversee projects and support our teams

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in construction and building methods, with a focus on residential or commercial projects

Experience with high-end homes and luxury construction

Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects, crews, and stakeholders

High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work comfortably on ladders, climbing stairs, and traveling to multiple locations

Valid driver's license and proficiency in using email and applications
