Vacancy expired!
I spent the better part of the last decade renovating my home. Did it mostly myself and now I have a bunch of odds and ends that need to be finished.
I probably have enough work to keep someone busy for a good 40 work week. Nothing physically difficult. It's all just finish work.
Tasks would include:
1) Installing some base & trim molding;
2) Lots of caulking- both indoors and outdoors;
3) Some painting (trim, not walls);
4) Possibly some tile work in my pantry.
You can bring tools or use mine. I have anything you might need (chopsaw, cordless drills, hammer, paint supplies, etc)
Willing to pay cash for each day you show up. I was thinking of paying $240 cash at the end of each day. That's $30/hour which feels fair but I'm open to discuss.
Completely flexible on schedule: weekdays or weekends are both fine. I work from home so I'm usually around.
As far as skills, if you have spent anytime in the home construction/renovation trade, I'm sure you're qualified.
