Need handyman with 3 to 5 years experience. You need to have Remodeling and new construction experience. Residential commercial work. Need to know how to install walls, drywall , paint, some plumbing, open drains, Replace filters in heat units. Check hot water tanks. Heat systems service them.
Must have a clean appearance, you need your own car and all tools, benders, drill, what you need in the trade.
Valid car license and insurance. You need to work some Saturdays. Reply with your experience.
