A&A Framing Inc. is hiring experienced Carpenters / Rough Framers for an upcoming project in the Arlington Heights area starting within the next two weeks.
We are looking for mid to advanced level carpenters who can work independently, read plans accurately, and keep production moving without constant supervision.

Requirements (Must Meet ALL):
Minimum 5 years of framing experience
Must be able to read blueprints / drawings
Ability to cut rafters, cut/lay out stairs, and complete full layouts
Competent with structural framing, wall layout, and roof layout
Must have basic hand tools (tape measure, speed square, chalk box, etc.)
Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Preferred (Not Required):
Owning your own power tools
Experience leading helpers or a small crew

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay:
$20–$40 per hour, based on experience and skill level
Trial period required to confirm skill and productivity before final rate is set
