Service Technician – Gaming Machines (Full-Time)

Compensation: $40,000–$60,000+ per year (based on experience)

We are a Chicago-based sweepstakes gaming company looking to hire a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair gaming machines at partner locations such as bars, restaurants, gas stations, and other businesses. This is a field-based position with daily travel throughout the city.
Responsibilities:
Install and set up gaming machines
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and basic software issues
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
Collect revenue and accurately record totals
Maintain tools, parts, and service documentation
Provide excellent customer service on site
Requirements:
Mechanical or electrical aptitude (experience preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and move equipment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Must pass a background check
Weekend availability required
Benefits:
